HiXT7

HiXT7 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase designed to increase co-transcriptional capping efficiency and reduce double-stranded RNA formation during IVT, enabling the production of high-quality, clean mRNA transcripts. This optimized enzyme is specifically suited for use with HiXCap E1, HiXCap E2, HiXCap E3 and M6 GAAG Cap2 cap analogs, delivering superior 5’-end capping performance compared with wild-type T7 RNA polymerase. The enzyme is fully compatible with 5×HIC IVT Reaction Buffer, and supports up to 100 µg of high-quality capped RNA per reaction.
