Product description: PPase is prepared from an E. coli strain containing Saccharomyces cerevisiae ppa gene. It is a homodimer consisting of two equal subunits of molecular weight 32-35 kDa. The enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate into two orthophosphates.
